Yoga

Body alignment, strength, and flexibility are essential to aligning mind, body, and spirit. I guide you through yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) practices.

Yoga is a practice and philosophy that has its roots in ancient India. The Sanskrit word for yoga, “yuj,” means to unite or join. The interconnection of all living beings and one’s connection (body, mind, and spirit) is central to my classes and teachings. I am eternally grateful for the teachings that have helped me come into alignment with my core values and connect to my higher Self. My classes are spiritual and allow you to connect to yourself. I was recently trained and certified as a trauma-informed yin yoga teacher, and I invite you to explore these healing modalities with me.

  • "I'm exploring Indigenous cultures and land practices to shape how I sustain life beyond my generation. Flavia is a guide - nuanced in her cultural practices. She honored rituals in the community and shared yoga practices which integrated into my exploration of culture. My retreat experience continues to be potent – opening connections to community and land, unlocking my curiosity, and continues to unfold."
