I coach women of color navigating life change, including mid-life opportunities and challenges, exploring spiritual practices and growth, and desiring a connection with community and nature that aligns with their values.

I bring a heart-centered approach to create spaces of healing and liberation, offering comfort and peace in a world of chaos.

Meet Flavia!

Flavia is a coach, consultant, mom, lover of nature, and yoga teacher. 

She is in her power and on purpose when she creates generative spaces and containers for people to reset and reconnect with themselves and in community.

She is a long-time meditator and became a yoga teacher in 2021. Her yoga classes are spiritual and joyful.
