Inclusivity that fosters a deep sense of trust is at the heart of healthy relationships. From this place, I seek to create the personal and organizational transformations needed to deepen a sense of “being seen and heard.” This is especially important for leaders who strive to create liberatory spaces in racial and social justice organizations and coalitions.

Connection
We are all intrinsically connected, and it is from this place that I work in all areas of my life. The concept of Ayni, in Incan culture, calls on us to work with mutuality and reciprocity. As one is impacted, so are we all. This place of a deep bond with all living beings allows me to approach my work with a sense of true purpose.

Reflection
I truly believe in taking the time to step back and reflect. If we rush to put out fires all the time- personally and in the workplace- we often need to include the bigger picture. This rushing can lead to burnout. In my approaches to organizational change work and personal transformation work, I seek to take “sacred pauses” and longer pauses in the form of retreat to delve deeper into purpose and reflect what I am hearing clients are genuinely seeking.
Organizational and Leadership Facilitation
I create spaces that guide leaders and their teams to align with their values and move toward their outcomes. In designing retreats, trainings, and convenings, I work closely with leaders to co-create spaces that focus on process.
I assist my coaching partners in tapping into their power and discernment by combining somatics and a compassionate approach to coaching sessions.
With decades of experience in the non-profit sector, I bring transformative insights to team and staff dynamics, strengthening relationships, building clarity of process, and creating resiliency amid change.
